ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Charles has worked in the professional services sector since 2012 and in executive search for over a decade. A qualified Solicitor of England & Wales, he started his career with DLA Piper in London, before moving into executive search, joining Spencer Stuart in 2017. ​Widely connected and highly respected by candidates and clients alike, he has successfully completed more than 75 assignments to date – many at C-suite level.
I founded Metis because the longer I worked in Legal and Compliance search, the more I realised that, in general, the larger search firms didn’t give the function the focus it deserved and smaller, niche firms, didn’t have the big-picture perspective.
